1. 1/2 cup(45g) of organic oats, added with hot water or cook with water.
2. 1 cup of orgainic soy milk (dissolve soy milk powder with warm water).
3. 1/4 cup of raisin.
4.1/4 cup crushed mixed walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, dried blueberries and dried cranberries (optional)
5. For taste, add 1 or 2 spoon of organic raw cane sugar.
6. Mixed all ingredients throroughly.
